Mr. K.R.Adivarahan

B.Com FCA Grad CWA

A distinguished finance professional, he is both a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, bringing deep multidisciplinary expertise to the practice. He completed his degree in 1983 and became an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1986 and was admitted as a Fellow Member in 1991.

With over three decades of extensive professional experience, he has developed strong proficiency across a wide spectrum of audit and assurance services. His core areas of practice include Bank Audits, Statutory Audits of Public Sector Undertakings, and Statutory Audits of both Public and Private Limited Companies, with a focus on regulatory compliance and practical financial insights.

In taxation, he has considerable experience in handling income tax matters and has represented clients before various authorities, including the Assessing Officer, the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), and the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, demonstrating strong litigation and advisory capabilities.

He also possesses significant expertise in the evaluating the project reports and in liaising with banks and financial institutions for project execution and funding. His professional approach is centered on delivering reliable, compliant, and strategically aligned financial and advisory solutions to clients.

Mr. S Manisekaran

B.Com, FCA, DISA

An All-India Rank holder in C A inter and completed CA in 1986 at age of 22. He worked till 1994 in PWC, Indian hotels and Ucal group before stepping into practice. He joined the firm in 1996 as partner. With three decades of extensive experience in accounting, taxation, auditing, financial management, due diligence, tax planning and business advisory services. Throughout a distinguished career, a strong commitment has been maintained to delivering accurate, ethical, and value-driven professional services to individuals, businesses, and organizations across diverse sectors.

Extensive experience has been gained in assisting clients with regulatory compliance, business structuring, financial planning, and risk management.

Known for a client-centric approach, professional integrity, and practical problem-solving, the practice focuses on providing timely, reliable, and customized solutions that support clients in achieving their financial and business objectives. Continuous professional development and staying abreast of evolving laws and regulations have been key priorities, ensuring high-quality advisory services in a dynamic business environment.

He has handled Central and branch audits of PSB, Statutory and internal audit of central and state PSU's, Private limited companies, multiple state societies, firms, LLPs statutory and internal audits, listed company internal audit, due diligence, valuation of shares. He has spearheaded various audits and was instrumental in the development of the firm. On behalf of the Joint Auditors panel, he has presented the Financial position and collective audit observations to the Audit Committee and the Board of the Allahabad Bank. He represents upto Commissioner level in income tax and was a team member in the successful appeal for deemed dividend case before Madras High court. He also has experience of settlement commission appearance and appeal to Supreme Court.

An All India Rank Holder with 25th Rank and completed CA in 1966. Became a member of ICAI as ACA in 1966 and FCA in 1971. A distinguished Chartered Accountant since 1966, with an illustrious professional career spanning several decades in the fields of accounting, auditing, taxation, financial management, and business advisory. Renowned for professional integrity, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence, he has served a diverse clientele ranging from individuals and family-owned businesses to large corporate enterprises.

His practical approach, sound judgment, and in-depth understanding of evolving financial and legal frameworks have enabled clients to make informed business decisions while maintaining the highest standards of compliance.

Mr. K.B.Sivaguru Subramaniyan

B.Com, FCA, DISA

A Young Practising Chartered Accountant, hails from the town of Salem. Done his Schooling in Bala Bharathi Matriculation Higher Secondary school and stood first in the school. Then Moved to Chennai to pursue higher education and joined Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Evening College, Mylapore Chennai for his graduation in Commerce. He simultaneously took up Chartered Accountancy Course and completed the Foundation and Intermediate course of ICAI in first attempt even before completing his B.Com degree. Later he Completed the CA course one year after completing B.com. He underwent Apprenticeship training under the firm Venkat and Rangaa, Chartered Accountants, Chennai and after completion of the CA course in 2006 at the age of 22, he was absorbed as the partner in the same Chartered Accountancy firm. He continued his Practice in Chennai till the end of 2009. During his tenure in Chennai, he performed a part of the Central Statutory Audit of the Allahabad Bank having its Head Office at Kolkata. He has handled the Audit of the Top branches of the Allahabad Bank and also has audited the Treasury branch of the Allahabad Bank.

His areas of Interest being Indirect taxes got specialised in GST, Sales Tax, Central Excise and Service tax. His other areas of operations include Statutory Audit of Corporates, Income tax Audit of Companies, Partnership concerns and Proprietary concerns, Internal Audit of Corporates, Outsourcing of Statutory Compliances, Appearances and handling cases before the Commissioner of Income tax, Commissioner of Income tax (Appeals), Commissioner of Central Excise and GST, Information Systems Audit etc.

He took over the salem branch in 2010. Out of his hard work and continuous efforts, built the branch establishing various verticals and is performing audit / consultancy for almost all big Central / State Government public sector undertakings and major Private limited Companies in and around Salem. He also conducted the Statutory Audit of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), ICAI Salem Regional Office for 3 years.

He has presented GST Seminars at various institutions and corporates and helped them in the implementation of the GST one of the major transformation in the Indian Indirect tax regime.

Mr. Mahesh Krishnamurthy

A seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of distinguished experience in the corporate sector in the field of Audit, Accounts, M&A, Internal Process, due diligence & Fund Raise, complemented by 3 years of professional practice, bringing a unique blend of strategic business insight and technical financial expertise. Over the past three decades he has also worked in multiple industries in Accounts, Audit & Taxation in Manufacturing, Construction, Telcom and helped companies to build systems and processes along with internal controls to achieve operational efficiency. Throughout an accomplished career, has held key leadership roles across finance, accounting, taxation, compliance, and business operations, contributing significantly to organizational growth, financial governance, and operational excellence.

In professional practice, advises clients on taxation, audit and assurance, financial reporting, business advisory, and compliance matters, helping organizations strengthen financial controls, improve operational efficiency, and meet statutory obligations with confidence. He did his articleship with VNR and joined the firm as partner in 2015 after completing CA.
